This website ("the Website"), also known as ״The Inner Point״, is operated by Ohad Pele and offers content in the fields of Kabbalah, relationships, consciousness, and spirituality — including online courses, subscriptions to various courses such as the "Down The Rabbi Whole" study group, video rentals, events, books, articles, and lessons. Your use of the Website constitutes full, explicit, and unconditional agreement to the terms specified below.

The content on the Website — courses, lessons, sessions, articles, videos, and any other materials — deals with the art of living, spiritual, personal, and interpersonal development. It does not constitute a substitute for psychological, psychiatric, medical, pharmacological, or mental health treatment of any kind.

The content should not be viewed as medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or instruction. If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, a mental crisis, or any medical or mental health emergency — please consult a qualified professional (physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker) or contact emergency helplines (such as ERAN 1201 in Israel, or equivalent emergency organizations in your place of residence).

You are not required to stop or modify any medical or therapeutic treatment based on the content of the Website. Any such decision must be made solely in consultation with your qualified treating practitioner.

The use of the Website and any content presented on it is at your sole and exclusive responsibility. The Website operator and/or anyone on their behalf shall not bear any liability for any damage, direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental, that may be caused by the use of or reliance on the content.

Cap on Liability: In any event, the total and maximum liability of the Website operator toward a user or purchaser, under any legal cause of action, shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by that user to the Website during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Use of the Website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and older, or minors with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.

• Exclusion of Minors from Sensitive Content: Notwithstanding the above, access to and purchase of specific courses, workshops, and content dealing with relationships, intimacy, and sexuality is restricted strictly to individuals aged 18 and older, and is not permitted for minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.

• You may not transfer your personal account, password, or access to a course or subscription to another person. Each account is for personal use only.

• You may not download, copy, distribute, record, broadcast, duplicate, or share content from the Website without prior express written permission from the Website operator.

• We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or block a user who violates these terms immediately, at our sole discretion and without financial refund.

• Changes to Content and Prices: The Website operator reserves the right to change, update, discontinue, suspend, or remove any content, course, service, or price on the Website at any time, at their sole discretion and without prior notice.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and the use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or legal proceeding related to the Website shall be vested solely in the competent courts of Hong Kong, excluding any foreign jurisdiction. However, to the extent that consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence (such as the Consumer Protection Law in Israel) contain mandatory provisions that cannot be waived, such provisions shall prevail to the extent required by mandatory law.

All content on the Website — texts, videos, audio recordings, illustrations, designs, source code, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive property of Ohad Pele and/or the relevant rights holders, and is protected under international copyright laws and treaties. No commercial use, distribution, reproduction, recording, broadcasting, public display, or creation of derivative works may be made without prior written permission from the operator.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Website, provide services, and process purchases: name, email address, purchase data, and basic usage data. Information is stored in secure systems and will not be transferred or sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Third-party providers we utilize to operate the Website: Supabase (data storage and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Mailchimp (email newsletters), YouTube and Google Drive (video hosting and embedding), and infrastructure services such as Lovable, Cloudflare, and the like. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy and security policies.

Data Retention Period: Customer, subscriber, and personal data will be retained in our systems for the duration of an active account, and for a period of 3 years from the end of the last service provided, for legal defense, bookkeeping, and maintaining user learning history, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Data Subject Rights: Users have the right to inspect personal data held about them, request its correction if inaccurate, or request its complete deletion from our systems (subject to legal obligations regarding transactional records). Requests for inspection, correction, or deletion should be sent to the contact email listed at the bottom of this policy. The Website operator will respond to inspection and correction requests within 30 days, and to deletion requests within 45 days of receipt.

Subscribing to our mailing list constitutes explicit consent to receive content, updates, and promotional/marketing communications by email (in accordance with applicable communication and spam laws). You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time independently by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

The Website uses Cookies and necessary tracking technologies for its routine and secure operation — including identifying logged-in users, saving language preferences, and processing payments via Stripe.

Additionally, the Website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the site, improve user experience, and analyze traffic. This tool collects statistical and anonymous information (such as pages viewed, traffic sources, and time spent on site). We do not currently operate marketing pixels for retargeting ads (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel). Should we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and present an appropriate consent mechanism.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Embedded videos from YouTube may place Google cookies upon playback; we use enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) where possible to minimize this tracking.

All payments are processed securely and encrypted via certified external payment processors (Stripe). The Website operator does not store or have access to users' credit card details. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or ILS depending on geographical and operational context, and may include applicable taxes or VAT according to the law in the source jurisdiction.

Under consumer protection laws and exceptions for downloadable digital content, there is no legal obligation to provide refunds for digital information products beyond 14 days from purchase or access provisioning. However, ex gratia and as a generous service policy of the Website, we allow a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that all of the following conditions are met cumulatively:

1. The formal request is sent to the system email within 30 days of the charge date.

2. The user submits a written statement that the course did not support them or meet their expectations, including a few explanatory sentences to help us improve.

3. The user has not viewed more than 20% of the course content and has not downloaded accompanying resource materials (if applicable).
   After 30 days from the purchase date, no refund will be provided for any reason.

Ohad Pele conducts physical events, workshops, and retreats worldwide, often in collaboration and co-production with local and external organizers. A dedicated and distinct cancellation and refund policy applies to each event and organizer. Specific cancellation terms must be checked individually with the respective producing entity upon registration. The Website operator / Ohad Pele assumes no liability for the cancellation, payment, or refund policies of events managed or produced by third parties and external organizers.

The "Down The Rabbi Whole" subscription is an automatically renewing subscription (on an annual or monthly plan). No retroactive refunds are provided for past subscription periods or fees already collected.

• You may cancel future renewal charges at any time independently through your personal account area on the Website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, during which full access to content remains preserved.

• The system allows pausing the subscription for a period of up to 30 days.

• If a cancellation request is submitted manually via customer support or email, it must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next billing date to allow the site administrator to execute the technical operation in time.

Purchasing access to a single video (short-term rental or purchase of individual media) constitutes a purchase of digital content that is immediately viewable and non-tangible. This purchase is strictly final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment is completed and access to the player is granted, in accordance with legal statutory exemptions for reproducible content.

Voluntary donations made through the Website to support Ohad Pele's activities are received with deep gratitude. These donations are final and non-refundable, as they do not constitute commercial consideration for a service or product and do not grant access to paid content. In the event of a donation resulting from a proven technical error, please contact us within 14 days of transaction date for review.

This policy is drafted concurrently in Hebrew and English. Both versions hold equal legal validity. However, in the event of any interpretative dispute, contradiction, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the Hebrew version and the English version regarding a user or consumer, the governing and prevailing version shall be in the language in which the user chose to make the actual engagement and purchase on the Website.

We believe in equal opportunities and in making the Website accessible to everyone. We strive to adapt it, to the extent possible, to Israeli Standard IS 5568 and international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at Level AA.

Accessibility Adjustments Implemented on the Site:

• Clear visual focus indicator on all active or clickable elements.

• Full support for Right-to-Left (RTL) and Left-to-Right (LTR) text direction and built-in language switching.

• Adapted color contrast meeting WCAG AA requirements for maximum text readability.

• Built-in support for OS preferences such as prefers-reduced-motion to reduce or stop animations.

• Minimum target size of 44×44 pixels for touch controls to ensure comfortable mobile usage.

• Embedded YouTube videos include options to enable auto-generated or built-in closed captions (Captions) within the player.

• A floating accessibility toolbar (bottom corner) allowing users to enlarge text, toggle high/inverted contrast, highlight links, stop moving elements, switch to a readable font, and emphasize keyboard focus.

Accessibility Limitations: Some components and content on the site are embedded or powered by external third-party services (such as YouTube players, Google Drive components, and Stripe payment infrastructure). These components are not under the full control of the Website operator and may not be fully accessible at all times. We continue to monitor and work with providers to improve user experience.
